Neutral, Green, and White Wedding at Grand Gimeno

With Champagne and Palm Sandwiches at the ready, Liana and her bridesmaids got ready inside Grand Gimeno’s Powder Room while Curtis and his groomsmen suited up in the Parlor. Wanting to save their first look for the aisle, the two groups posed for group photos separately in the Courtyard and Olive Grove. The bridesmaids were dressed in tan, silky dresses and the groomsmen wore black and white. After photos, the wedding party lined up for ceremony as guests began arriving.

White flowers mixed with greenery marked the sides of the aisle and matching floral pillars outlined the spot where Curtis and Liana would soon be standing in the Olive Grove. Once everyone was in attendance, the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances ending with Liana. In front of all their closest friends and family, the couple read handwritten vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.

Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Shrimp Ceviche were tray passed around the Olive Grove for cocktail hour, and a Charcuterie Tray was also available. The bar served up beer, wine, and the newlywed’s signature drinks, an Extra Dirty Martini and Old Fashioned. While everyone mixed and mingled, Curtis and Liana posed for romantics around the venue. Upon their return, it was time to check the seating chart display and head inside for reception.

Inside, tables were topped with white candles to match the white floral centerpieces. Custom printed menus topped scalloped stoneware plates, and stone table numbers tied everything together. The bride and groom made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, then took a seat at their sweetheart table. Classic Filet Mignon and Zucchini Lime Chicken with Pear and Walnut Salad, Roasted Broccolini, and Smashed Baby Potatoes was served while toasts were shared. The dinner menu was selected by Liana and Curtis with help from our event specialist, Patti. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their vintage wedding cake and invited their guests to indulge in a slice of our white cake with cappuccino creme filling for dessert. The evening ended with lots of dancing and a bubbly send off.
